We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this period, we are unable to cancel your order as it will have already entered processing.

If you wish to cancel an order within this 15-minute window, please contact us immediately with your order details.

Refunds

As returns are not accepted, refunds are only available for orders successfully cancelled within the 15-minute cancellation window. No other refunds will be issued.
