Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. As soon as your order has been fulfilled, your tracking number will be uploaded and shared with you, so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Most orders are processed promptly; however, please note that some products are made fresh to order. In these cases, it may take an additional 1–2 days to prepare your order before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1 working day of dispatch.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow a short time for the tracking to update on Royal Mail’s system.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders quickly, please be aware of occasional delays due to high demand or postal service disruptions which are outside our control.
